ARCHAIC AMBER (English Amber) This beautiful amber ale has notes of roasted nuts, caramel, and dried fruit. We chose to stick with malt and hop varieties that keep this beer true to its England roots, with a spicy, slightly citrus finish. ABV: 5.3% IBU: 27

STR8 UP LAGER (German Lager) German styling throughout makes for a straightforward, malty sweet Lager with gentle notes of honey, light caramel, and bread. This full-bodied beer has a smooth mouthfeel with a light, crisp finish. ABV: 5.1% IBU: 9

NORSE CODE HAZY IPA (New England IPA) Kveik yeast contributes a wonderful tropical haze in this New England style IPA. Our hop contributions leave a strong presence of tropical citrus, stone fruit, and a bit of tangerine. Contains lactose. Hops: Centennial, Amarillo, El Dorado ABV: 6.4% IBU: 44

STARI NIGHT STOUT Sweet stout with rich chocolate and vanilla presence, a touch of caramel, and bold, prominent coffee notes. Crafted with love by Steve and Ari… Stari! Contains lactose. ABV: 6.8% IBU:24

NEW WHIRLED ORDER IPA (American IPA) American style IPA with beautiful golden straw color, subtle citrus/pineapple aroma, matched with mild malty flavor notes. Crisp, clean finish with little residual bitterness. Hops: Cascade, Centennial, Amarillo, Galaxy ABV: 6.6% IBU: 56

PLANKHOUSE PORTER Specialty malts contribute aromas of toffee and espresso. Flavor notes include caramel, chocolate, biscuit and almond with a notable roasted aftertaste. Mild and pleasant finish that is slightly bitter. ABV: 5.4% IBU:29
